SCHEDULE SATURDAY NOVEMBER 1, 2025
4:00PM: Doors open for raffle donation prize drop off. At this time you can grab your seat or mingle with racers or in the Casino area while we are setting up.
4:30PM: Corn Hole tournament sign ups starts round 1, round 2 to follow- $10 per team Winners take ALL. Signs ups at the door.
5:00PM: No-host Bar Opens, Meet and Greet with racers and purchase Raffle tickets for the Gift Raffle and for the 50/50 cash raffle
5:30PM: Introduction and JR dragster awards, Draw Raffle Tickets from Donation Prizes
6:00PM: Buffet Dinner open which includes -Green Salad, Grilled Salmon, Marinated Tri Tip, Fettucini Alfredo, Red skinned mashed potatoes, Coffee, Tea, Water and Iced Tea.
6:30 PM: Draw Raffle Tickets from Donation Prizes, West Coast Outlaws, 5.35 Awards
7:30 PM: Draw Raffle Tickets from Donation Prizes, ET Bracket Racers Awards, Draw Raffle Tickets from Donation Prizes
8:00: Draw Raffle Tickets from Donation Prizes and silent bid winners announced
9:00PM-Midnite: Music, Dancing, Reaction Time Competition starts & Corn Hole final rounds
