If your Sportsman tag was updated in 2023 then you need a new chassis certification

You must have a reserved time to ensure your chassis will be certified. All Funds(check, cash, only) go directly to NHRA and Ken Gentry (208-249-8030). Make checks payable to NHRA.
Please include these details when requesting a time:
1. your name
2. SPORTSMAN tag or PRO tag
3. Category racing or vehicle type
SPORTSMAN (blue)TAG ($170) (valid for 3 yrs)
If your ET is 9.99-6.00 or faster than 135 MPH in the 1/4 mile
or
6.39-3.66 in the 1/8 mile or faster than 135MPH
If your car is slower than 9.99 seconds in the 1/4 mile or 6.39 seconds in the 1/8th mile you do NOT need to have your chassis certified by NHRA
PRO (red) TAG (valid for 1 year)
5.99-3.64 or quicker 1/4 mile ($260)
