WANNA PHOTOGRAPHERS PASS? Read Below for Info

Due to a high demand for photorapher passes, here are the guidelines for obtaining press and photo passes for Redding Motorsports Park:

• One-Day Press Credential:
  Request press credentials by emailing at least 14 days before the event.
• Free passes are available for motorsports reporting agencies, major newspapers, radio stations, and TV reporters who plan to cover the event and have proof of reporting on Redding Dragstrip within the past 6 months. Credentialed TV, radio, and newspapers automatically receive free passes. It is still mandatory to request starting line passes to be in the advanced restricted areas.
• After obtaining credentials, press members wishing to access restricted photo areas must wear their credentials at all times, along with white pants, sign a liability waiver, and stay in specified safe areas. Only 5 credentials are available due to insurance restrictions. Other media/photographers can purchase event tickets at the front gate on the day of the race and access restricted areas if there are fewer than 5 credentialed media and have submitted all required documents. Annual Photo Credentials (Photo Hard Card):

• Request these credentials through the trade magazine or newspaper you work for at least 14 days before the event.
• If you do not work for a magazine or newspaper, request credentials by email at least 14 days before the event.
• All photographers must submit photos to the track within five days after the event. These photos are used for event promotion, website reference, and event apparel. Social media posted, watermarked or low resolution photos are not accepted.
• After receiving photo credentials, all press must wear their credentials, white pants, sign a liability waiver, and stay within specific safe areas.
• With this hard card you can access any event, free of charge, without any advance notice to the track. Occasionally we will send out an email to verify if you are attending.
  Only 5 hard cards are issued per year, due to the insurance requirements of only 5 people allowed in the advanced, restricted areas at one time.
