Info on Private Track Rental Details:
-1-300 cars
-4-6 hours only
Private Rental Cost is approximately $3,000-$5,000 depending on car count, type of cars, equipment and staffing requirements.

Public Track Rental Details:
-Included: 1-300 total cars (race and show)
-Included: Open Gates to the public for ticket sales
-Included: Participant Insurance, Spectator Insurance
-Included: 6 portable restrooms
-Includes: access to front entry ticketing booths to be used only for ticket sales.
-Not Included: Any property damage incurred while you or your patrons are on the facility is your financial responsibility. (including but not limited to; guardwalls, interim equipment hit on track, property vandalism/graffiti, etc)
-Not Included: Staffing, parking attendants, security, extra equipment (temporary barriers, wash stations, etc), additional restrooms, VHT, trash cleanup, etc.
-Not Included: participant vehicle damage insurance. (each participant is responsible for providing either general insurance or race car insurance for their own vehicle)
-Not Included: electronic entry gate. This gate is controlled by remote and for use by the staff and emergency vehicles only.
Public Rental Cost is approximately between $7,500-$15,000 per day depending on car count, type of cars, spectator count, staff needed, etc.
